I am a long-time sufferer of migraines and was recently plagued with a severe migraine that has been lasting for days. Nothing I tried was helping ease the pain. I was fortunate enough to be in contact with Jaclyn and she reached out to offer a distance Reiki session. While the session was taking place, I could feel the tension leaving my body. I became so relaxed that I eventually fell asleep and when I woke up, my migraine was completely gone and I felt very calm and rested. It was the biggest relief I had felt in days! I've had both in-person and distance sessions with Jaclyn and the experience each and every time has been a heightened one. Prior to my session with Jaclyn, the concept of Reiki was foreign to me and thus I had an endless list of questions. Jaclyn is extremely knowledgeable and did an amazing job at easing my uncertainties and provided me with an ample amount of material to look into prior to the session. The session itself was very relaxing. Jaclyn’s presence alone is very calming and I felt extremely comfortable/relaxed for the entirety of our session.
